Relationships Aren't Based on the Truth

We all have this belief on some level that we have to hide some part of ourselves in order to be loved and accepted. It takes firmer energy to withhold and cover up and be what someone else wants us to be than it does to just tell the truth. We're not showing up in our truth in our relationships if we are avoiding our own expression. The goal of relationship is harmony at all costs. And the problem with that is that harmony at all Costs comes at a very high cost.
