For me, an athlete really like the thing that is just number of calories because unlike a whole lot of people in the population who are doing their exercise to lose weight and they don't necessarily want to replace all those calories. So when they go plant-based and they are suddenly by default down 30% in terms of calories for a given level of satiety, they eat what feels like the same amount but they're eating whatever 25, 30% less calories,.
