i like pistachio that's the best health wise it's walnuts and hemp seeds but they're not my most favorite taste nut taste wise. i try to make half my nut intake to be from walnuts flax seeds shea seeds and hemp seeds mostly walnut and hemp I have a little bit of flax and shea and the other halfMy nut intake could be all the things i like for taste pistachio cashews pecans you know things like that is that to get some of those the healthier a la fats yes yeah do you think that they're healthy this is an interesting question so we were talking earlier about supplementing dh and epa and i think sometimes
