The most valuable things that you can do in your career are almost always going to be based on principles, understanding principles and understanding mental models. If you only learned the procedure, then you're kind of doing it the backwards way, right? That's exactly right. And that's also how we're able to build a business model off of it. So just generally speaking, for us to work with clients, we have to have an 80-20 approach to nearly everything.
