The Double Edged Sword of Branding

There was a story about James Corden going to a restaurant and getting mad because they brought his wife something that she was allergic to twice. I think one of the reasons that happened is some people have like sort of just a natural distaste for him. And it's usually when you're protecting somebody else, but because his brand is he's a nice guy. It blew up into this ginormous thing.
