The Evolution of Apologies

After World War II with Willy Brandt's knee fall and the beginnings of countries saying sorry for something they've done in the past particularly. It was just during that period I think the coupling of those kinds of like politically motivated apologies which were sincere but when you have it kind of in the political realm on top of the fact that there was political polling beginning to happen  the growth of these two kind of areas along with the need to kind of deal with political issues to apology began this process in my view. In the 60s and 70s is the beginning of it and then it goes into hyperdrive in the 90s our argument is post Clinton's apology so Clinton makes this apology
