How to Keep a Consistent Routine on Weekends

The body really likes a consistent routine. So you can play catch up on the weekends. That's that can be important But trying to keep within a consistent routine as much as possible. Not going to bed at um three in the morning and sleeping till midday is probably, it's probably a good idea catching up with a few extra hours in the morning. Maybe going to bed a little bit earlier is is a good idea but not really disturbing that routines.
