The Importance of Acceptance
In many ways, traditional CBT just mimics a very OCD way of thinking. I believed, but I didn't recognize that had OCD. It took me like 29 years of my life to figure out that. And it was basically, yeah, just that recognition. This way of just like letting and uncertainty sit there. The best way for people to see RP through is be that it's this or nothing.
