I was so hard on myself in every aspect of life and like expecting perfection out of myself. I got diagnosed at PMD which is pre-medial dysphoric disorder. The way you speak to yourself matters literally because if you're talking down on yourself every day calling yourself stupid or an idiot, it affects you.
