What You Should Be Doing Out in the Mountaineering World

This is such a great time period for you because we've been talking a little bit about nutrition. You should be practicing what you're going to be doing out in the mountain like don't go eating some random thing that you're never gonna bring on the mountain. This is when you realize I can't eat apple sauce I want to throw it up and so this is a crucial period or like huh that piece of gear broke or like that doesn't work the way that I wanted to So really be testing your gear testing your nutrition at this point.
