The big one is missing out in our lives. And sometimes it's just that more chronic doing,. where we forget to stop, we forget to pause. If you looked at to day and you saw that you were always tumbling into the next thing, that's what we do in our whole life. It's not like it's all asun going to stop. It's a habit. We can break that habit.
