How to Get a Base From a Poor Position

Base just means you've struck, you've positioned your body in such a way that you can generate some force. We should also talki about, talk about force pectors. When someone is trying to pin us with a double leg take down, i want to create a post that matches the angle of the opposing force fector. Being in guard is basically just managing distance and frames. And that's where we also could talk about frames and levers - essentially how you're going to manage and manipulate your and your opponents structures.
