You can set the bed to wake you up silently. Set goals when you're unmotivated. Put a lot of value on whatever it is t t you're going to start doing, and have it be something that you're saying to yourself: I'm going to adopt this for a long time. You might be wrong in the thing that you're trying at first. But eventually, everyone's going to be faced or pushed into a corner. Unless you die prematurely, everyone can be pushed into a corners.
