I'm not a huge leg press fan, but it's safe in terms of how much you can load. And that's why I use it from a physiological perspective. Any thoughts on knee extension, like a single leg knee extension? You get some good results on that too. Even like a Spanish squat like that tends to work pretty well. Yeah, squats are another way to do it.
