i would dois what they called blade walking. So basely landing on the outside of your feet, and then a keeping my feet straight. Now, that is still a chore to this day, because my right, my right side defnitly likes to go out andm i was a driver for six years,. so i would drive for like six to ten hours every single day. But since i've been able to walk a lot, or it's not something that's like stuart mc gills,  it has made me feel so much better.
