The Importance of Being Indirect

Gala: My background is a white Anglo-Saxon Protestant new Englander, and my family is not direct. I have always in the workplace struggled with how can I be indirect, but clear and nice versus what feels to me like being direct and clear, but mean. Nicole: Do you identify as Asian?
