Should I Over Pump My Resistance Band?
Aidan Ray: As I move through an exercise session, the pump increases. In reality, out to a certain diameter of the limb, it is not flexible. So in the ideal world we want to surround the limb with this band and then inflate it such that there's actually some give to the actual band. These are actually these have to give where the muscle can go into. Now I would not recommend deflating the bands. Peter, what do you think?
