The test is a five minute mile, which most games athletes can do in 459 seconds or lower. If you have an athlete that's 45 years old and their PR 370 was when they were 25, we might be looking at half a decade. It depends on where you are in the life cycle of the athlete. A high school athlete, if they're a 370 deadlift, well, they may be able to get to that 50 in six months or fewer.
