How to Hire the Right People?

Hiring is going to become one of the most important pieces that, i think, distinguishes between the people who are going to build companies in the creater economy and those who won't. I would urge everyone who's hiring to look first at culture fit. Am i going to want to work with this person? And the second thing i think you have to really look at and understand is the investment in time to get them up to speed. We need to by the time someone joins the team, it's like they're on a bullet train right? Like they jump on a train that's moving fast."
