Wolves have a tendency to get more and more energy as the night comes up. If i'm really dragon ass during the day, i recommend a nap. There's now data looking at something called non sleep deep rest. I keep a play list on my phone. When i'm in a bad funk, i pushed, i'm out of it,. depending upon which song i'm listening to. The last one is laughter. It changes you energetically almost instantly.
