Do You Know How to Do a Box Jump?

You are doing ten raps of each of those exercises. So 10 push press, ten cerabell swings, ten box jumps. And then you repeat that as often as you can. I usually use 12 and a half kilos for the dum bells. I use a 24 kilo kitl bell. And i jump 61 centimeters. That's one of the heights of my boxes. Am, so you don't need all the space. What weight you prescribe, i think, is dislike, up to you. But i'd say go through at once and see, sort of judge yourself whether you want up the weights or not.
