i think the most important thing for people to try and understand is that our efforts to make ourselves better, relying on feeling, which is faulty, actually make things worse. And i think we probably would both agree that those kind of instructions, which are all over the place, they are pretty much 99 per cent useless. What can we say to someone that's actually going to be helpful to him? I don't want to dwell too much more on it.
