You can self select the exercise that you're most familiar with, that you can best assess. That's going to help you build out your programme. You don't see me implementing snat is in in any of my client's programmes. The reason we have lunges in there because a forward lunge is very complex and a lot of people are real shitty at it. A reverse lunge would have been easier. It would have been an easier assessment tool. But the reason we have the forward lunge in there is because lik negate all the assessment pieces that come with it. If someone can't lunge, ok, now we need to add stability to it. So guess what?
