Staying Hydrated Is a Good Idea
Drinking adequate water with occasionally a pinch of salt can keep you hydrated longer without having to drink as much. Water is something that we hopefully all have access to, but if you do buy your water, it doesn't cost anything. One of the easiest ways to improve your energy, get better pumps in the gym, have less muscle pulls and cramps,. Think clearer, etc., etc., and help just keep you a little more full throughout the day.
