How to Make a Comp Kid Run

If you're training for Olympic distance, I don't necessarily think you need to do it into our run. So maybe if you were doing it to a one hour 45 or one and a half run, you might want to split that so that you have more running. And interval run, yeah, for sure that makes sense at certain times for you. You just have to realize that with three runs, there's only so much that you can do. It's all about what your goals are.
