Is Your High Up Resources a Data Base?

Every single resource note and idea goes into my notes data base. If it is related to my resources area, then that notal idea is classed in my eyes as a high up resource. I call them high up resources because notes i also class as resources. So if i had a course, the course would become a note my note data vase - which means it would show in my resources page. And then i can make notes inside that course, in the linked data vase, which i vin all of my notes, which would be self referenced, self related to the resource.
