What Does the Pandemic Mean for the Labor Market?

In theory, this should make labor markets run much more smoothly and job matching to be much easier. But we don't have any data definitively yet to really say, hey, how big of a impact this is having on the overall labor market productivity wage growth. So I think it's going to be years before we truly understand what this all means for the labor market.
