The Importance of Speed Worker Intervals

The old Igloise program didn't write a lot of stuff down. When people when people were failing during his workouts he'd stop him and have him jog for a bitDo some form drills and strides and then start to work out again. So this idea that when you do this sort of interval training you're a slave to the stopwatch is not completely correct. You might want to get Steve on to learn what he has learned about this because I know he's thought very deeply about it.
