Are There Any Resources for Customer Discovery?

The big challenge I hear, especially with B2B clients is how do I do this with prospects, right? Because the sales team is unlikely to give up access to these individuals during the sales process. So that seems to be the hardest place is how to do this discovery work with prospects when sales typically doesn't want you to. You can run a test overnight and come in in the morning and look at some data and that's a powerful way to automate some of these things. The key question was if you've rolled this financial wellness employee benefit out to a pilot audience of employees, what metric would you use after one year to decide whether the entire employee population should get it or not?
