The Magic Square
The idea of a magic square, or I think more formally it's known as a cartesian plane. And so there's an example in the book where you've got one axis going from left to right if you can picture this listeners, going from standardized to personalized. The other axis that goes from top to bottom down the middle of that line is from multi-sourced to single-sourced. If you cross those two axes, you get four very different looking futures about how we're going to end up.
