Hypertrophy Training

Is it better to do your hypertrophy work specifically in the planche movement to get a similar stress or is it more non-specific where you can just strengthen that tendon by other straight arm bent arm exercises? It's very important to micro low this movement because like I said six to 12 weeks until you adapt to a certain stressor. If you start going up every week, you're going to tear off your biceps. There's no way around it. So yeah, this is something that you have to think every six weeks I'm going to add one kilo and you do that for years and years and years  and then you might get the 20 kilos, etc
