The Cost of Self Care as a Person of Color

When you're inside the system as a person of color, the cost of trying to change that particular system is so, so high. It's funny that the self care that you're talking about does seem deeply communal. Because real self care is interpersonal and communal. How do you sell this version of self care to the people who need it most? Yeah. I mean, again, it's so hard. Like give me like bath salts. If you give me like one of those like huge like I got a bath bomb from my birthday that's like the shape of the earth - things like that.
