On the transcontinental project, there's just no way around eating during the during the run. I can't rely on just like a big mule before, in a big meal after, to make up the ten thousand plus calories i'm going out of burning each day. So i was using their train product, which is their kind of the carb free powder you can put in your bottle. And i haven't really been bringing back a lot of carbohydrates at all for these longer sessions. Just because ther the demand is so low from a from an energy output standpoint.
