How Does Your View of Speed Endurance Change as We Move Into Longer Track Races?

In middle distance and track, when I'm talking about the mile up to 5K, it's balanced. It's a balanced approach because you need to work at a very, very, very high percentage of your max capacity. So we need to raise both concurrently, their ceiling, their speed, as well as their floor, right, their endurance. Every athlete in that endurance world has a different sensitivity and a different area that they are more inclined towards and stronger towards.
