The easiest way to really start to get that mind to muscle connection is to do higher reps. If you're if you're doing a five rep, five reps on the incline double press, your chest should feel pumped after five reps. That's a good sign. And actually, a pretty good way to start to build that is by doing some higher rep finishes at the end of your workout.
