The Garden of Paradise

Saint ephraim of syria lived in the three hundreds. He describes mary saying, before her death, i shall enter  the verdant gardens of paradise and there i shall praise god where eve fell so ingloriously. Most scholars say the text is too vague to ground belief in mary's bodily assumption. But a shoemaker writes that no one is present in paradise without his or her body.
