There's more of a kind of mindset of cynicism and distrust now. I think that's due to gaslighting in the political sphere, media maybe not being as engaged and incisive as they used to be. And it might be because your brand doesn't do anything wrong,. But there are opportunities to then say, well, how do we bring people back to organizations?
