Xylazine is not a controlled substance at all, which seems like maybe it should be. If we are curtailing the supply of xylazine, there could be much more dangerous substances out there. The only place that we've been seeing it is in conjunction with fentanyl use. Most patients are like looking, trying to not to get xylazine.
