Hills are beautiful when you start to get fatigued because it's, it's hard to run and it's very effective or a fast hill when you're tired. If you're not focusing on a bit of near lift if you're not focused on a bitof arm swing so I used to love it for that reason. It always felt like not only was it smashing my lungs and smashing my legs but it was also giving me the ability to to really work on my technique. Even though it's an often overlooked element of running I can't sort of overemphasize the importance of just investing in that technique.
