The Relationship Between OCR and Trail Running

I want to talk a little bit about OCR because it's a fascinating part of your story. And I think probably also has been a contributing factor to you being such a great trail runner as well. Maybe talk a littlebit about how your relationship has evolved with OCR over the years. You mentioned that you sort of got into it as it was experiencing this massive period of growth and you've lived through a similar moment here in trail running. What's your relationship with OCR and maybe how did your experience in that sport lead to your immense success as a trail runner?
