i'm very enamoured with this idea of unwerables when it comes to sleep. And the reason that i ended up using ora, the ororing as my go to sleep tracking device was really because of the form factor. I would say right now that most of the trackers r somewhere between 70 to 75 % accurate relative to the gold standard sleep laboratory recordings that i do at my sleep centre. So take whatever i say about the oraring with a complete grain of salt.
