The Effects of Hops on Foam and Head Retention
Hops are foam positive meaning they increase the foam, you know, and the head retention. So beers with higher isos, higher IBUs have better head retention. CO2 concentration will also impact foam because CO2 coming out of solution will create bubble network. There's a lot going on here and a lot of ways to play with this to improve improve head retention.
