How to Overcome a Diagnosis
I knew a woman who was diagnosed in her late 20s. She never stopped training and after a few years she had almost no symptoms. I think that you've got an opportunity to positively affect this diagnosis. But don't don't get hurt. Pay attention. You know shit shaky. Right tomorrow. Well good luck with you. What do you weigh? I'm 5'11", 285. It's just not important at the age of 25. Just eat clean and continue to train and your body composition will improve.
