The Difference Between Sports Nutrition and Athletes Goals
Most of the best athletes that I work with don't track their macros at all and yes these are people who train sometimes twice a day five days a week. If you think about those type of people and how important it is for them to be meeting their need for calories and carbohydrate protein fat if they're not doing it then there's no need from the vast majority of the population to scrutinize what they're eating. Having really good conversations around macro nutrients and where nutrients come from will help us meet our nutrition needs on any given day. For athletes again we talk in meals so two more meals that look like this that are balanced will help you meet that energy need and help you meet those nutrient
