If you're doing it consistently more than a couple days a week, you should increase your plan volume. But if you're doing that for like your endurance days only just like a day a week and you always feel like you're pushing it, that doesn't mean that you should necessarily change your plan volume or increase it. So thinking about how that training is absorbed is maybe more critical than choosing a volume that you can sustain. It's also easy to make this mistake just in misunderstanding it because of the words that we use.
