The Benefits of Cardiovascular Training in Strength Training

There's not a great evidence-based reason to do cardio workouts in addition to your strength training workouts unless you just want to what are your thoughts? So I wholeheartedly disagree with that stance. Strength training it's going to have a cardiovascular strain component Absolutely, and that will benefit your health. But when we think about like the metabolic benefits we get of aerobic training You're not going to be getting that from strength training Just because it's a different stress and stimulus on the body.
