The Connection Between Diet and Mental Health
There has been so much evidence linking nutrition with mental health that a new field of nutritional psychiatry has emerged. Experts are now agreeing diet plays as important of a role to our mental health as it does to heart disease and diabetes. One study looked at the effect of dietary changes on depression, and those who ate more vegetables showed significantly happier moods than those who didn't.
