It's largely aerobically driven, but when we're pushing this hard, there's a fair amount of anaerobic contribution. This is still very much an aerobic stimulus that just kind of touches on the aerobic side of things. You get to a point where you can do this amount of work, a 20 minute test is you can hold this many watts. Well, you can hold that many watts for anywhere from, it could be 15 minutes to 75 minutes depending on your level of muscle endurance.
