The Effects of Niacin on Cholesterol and Fat
Niacin increased NAD at the muscle level in the tissue eight times. It was pretty traumatic and really that's more effective than what we would see with maybe even an NAD IV or injection, and certainly NMN or NR. The higher your cholesterol, the longer you live.
