I am a walking contradiction at Hillstone. It's that there are these opposing things and people pretend they don't exist. I think the only way for the future to be better is if we figure out some system to really democratize not one, but a lot of restaurants. For example, this person who doesn't matter their ethnicity can give an opinion on Asian food or Peruvian food. They've earned the license to speak on behalf of certain kinds of things. That's what people do when they regal.
